Update branch creation and switching docs

Summary

The web editor's branch creation and switching experience has been improved. This PR updates the branch documentation to reflect the new workflows.

• Branch creation: Documents the option to bring pending changes to a new branch or leave them on the current branch. Updates the creation steps and adds a tip about creating branches from the search field.
• Branch switching: Documents the new branch switcher with search, sync status sections ("Synced in editor" and "Not synced in editor"), and status badges (Default, Current, Syncing, Failed).

Updates guides/branches.mdx to match the web editor’s revised branch workflows.

Branch creation steps are updated (new button labels), adds guidance for handling pending changes when creating a branch, and includes a tip for creating a branch from the switcher search field.

Branch switching documentation is expanded to describe the new searchable branch switcher, its synced vs not-synced sections, status badges, and a stronger warning about losing unsaved changes.
