Description
I have no luck in #10092 debugging where to fix the Class "CodeIgniter\CodeIgniter" not found errors. Maybe worthwhile to just comment out those failing tests for now until we have some new leads.

Checklist:

  • Securely signed commits
  • Component(s) with PHPDoc blocks, only if necessary or adds value (without duplication)
  • Unit testing, with >80% coverage
  • User guide updated
  • Conforms to style guide

I'm unable to reproduce this issue locally on my side.
Are you able to reproduce it locally as well, or does it only occur on GitHub Actions?
