This PR introduces support for symbolic parameters using SymPy. Its primary purpose is to enable the construction of exact, parameter-dependent LMIs without prior substitution of numerical values. These LMIs can then be passed to external solvers, allowing direct computation of discriminant polynomials in the parameters corresponding to the worst-case scanarios.
