type hints support

Can someone add type hints support to the types? Perhaps this can be automated.

It would help with Intellisense in VSCode+Pylance.

I'm happy to start this since I have a need for it.

I second this, I just finished a script that would be much cleaner with type hints in ADO. The docstrings clearly keep track of the types; GitClientBase.create_pull_request ends with the line

:rtype: :class:`<GitPullRequest> <azure.devops.v7_0.git.models.GitPullRequest>`

so it's very clear (and hopefully automatable!) exactly how to add the type hints.

If it's not added directly to this repo in a PR, maybe one could use a stubfile-generating tool and propose to add it to typeshed?
