hwcrypto/sha.h not found

In ESP-IDF this file has moved, apparently to esp32/sha.h, but the following bug has some suggestions on what may be better replacements:

I have a (minimal) fix for this, but it is waiting for fhessel/esp32_https_server#142 to be merged...
