2. Moved the Split-ArrayInParts helper function into the BeforeAll block

4. Replaced all foreach loops with -ForEach parameter on It blocks
5. Updated test assertions to use proper Pester 5 patterns

Specific test updates:

• Aliases tests: Converted from nested Context/It inside foreach to flat It -ForEach structure
• Style tests: Converted formatting, BOM, and indentation tests to use -ForEach
• Compliance tests: Updated NoCompatibleTLS and Shell.Application tests
• ScriptAnalyzer tests: Simplified error checking with -ForEach
• Tests missing: Split into two separate It blocks with -ForEach
• Function Name tests: Updated both matching and -Dba validation contexts
