A way to list other player's homes / teleport to their homes via an admin command.

Perhaps even a the command which lists the player's homes also includes a clickable tag which can teleport the player to the given location.

Possible Commands:
/homes admin list <player>
/homes admin tp <player> <home>

Possible Permissions:
homes.admin.list
homes.admin.tp
